Baecore takes a practical approach to teaching everyday people to how to incorporate meditation into everyday life.
The Meditation space has become noisy and confusing over the recent past. Mediation has become a very generic term and it has become complicated and conflated with guided meditation, apps and even some confusion as to its place with religion - none. After returning to living in the states, Mary recognized the confusion and frustration many shared about their experience. Knowing that a mediation practice is available to everyone once they have the mechanics and tools to meditate, we set out to bring this to the working professional. We know that everyone has busy lives and their own personal challenges and therefore our goals are to help each person find their path to making mediation enjoyable and simplistic.
Learning to meditated with The Well will provide you tools for a lifetime and ongoing instructor support.

Other experts estimate a smaller number, of 50,000 thoughts per day, which means about 2100 thoughts per hour or 35 a minute.
